Books are a great tool to learn new information. The more you know, the more you grow!

Why Books?

For the past 8 months I have become a huge book worm! It's a new found passion of mine.

While I read the occasional fiction novel or biography, I really love reading books about finances, investing, career and wellness.

Its been really life changing to absorb such great information that is available for relatively cheap, and by seasoned experts in their field. Even if I don't always agree with the author, there is always something to learn.

Oddly, I fine many links between books I read about money, investing and business, and books on self development and wellness.

Being present is such an important factor, not only for your finances, but for you mental and physical health.

Many of the books I have read have allowed me to observed my situations without judgement, recognizing them for what they are, and what is in my control to move forward.

My Book Recommendations

Finance & Investing;

Quit Like a Millionaire, Author(s): Kristy Shen and Bryce Leung

I really love this book. Even if you are not looking to retire early and travel the world, like the authors did, there is a lot of information here. It's also a great reference tool, especially if you like to begin a passive investment portfolio.

The book is written by a Canadian couple who retired in there 30's.

This is another excellent resource, and really great for those interested in investing in the stock market. But it also discusses general tips on wealth and success. It really should be taught in schools.
